I know that it’s hard for you to slow down with so many people relying on you. However, when you take just a few moments to recharge yourself you become so much more yourself and your children can feel that. They benefit, your spouse benefits, and you have what you need to go back into life floating rather than a frantic paddle.
The goal of these compact sessions is to calm your nervous system. Allow your adrenal glands to take a break, support your entire central nervous system so that you can feel calm and your body’s self-healing mechanisms can begin to work again now that you aren’t in fight or flight.
My clients have shared that they experienced more energy, relaxation, mental clarity, and way less stress after a session and the results can last for days. I also give you tips to take home and work into your week so that you can continue to nourish yourself between sessions.
These “Stress Busting” sessions are 30 minutes long so they can fit into any busy life. I am conveniently located near Gator Run Elementary School and offer sessions during school hours.
