I use a blend of gentle, proven techniques that provide support and relaxation, improving your comfort. This encourages optimal positions for your baby and can be ideal as preventative care to avoid back labor, breech, or transverse presentations.
It is best to begin care before the last trimester, however, it can be helpful even a day before or during labor.
This care is an integral part of the Ease Into Motherhood Program, but it is also available in individual stand-alone sessions.
