Remote sessions are admittedly different, and that is the beauty of them!
Through expanded awareness of your body, along with my therapeutic presence as a resource, you will experience deep relaxation and significant body-mind shifts as the body is able to balance and settle your nervous system.
The process is very peaceful and comforting and the results are impressive. Remote sessions are effective at providing pain relief, stress relief, and emotional balance.
PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION IS EASY
Before your session, we will have a short illumination call. I will take the time to understand your unique needs so that your session can flow in a way that matches your wellness goals.
For the most impactful results, schedule your session on a day where you have time to relax and integrate the shifts that will occur during your session.
Choose a comfortable and quiet space in your home. This can be your bed or a cozy sofa. Anywhere that you can fully recline and feel supported. If you would like relaxing music playing in the background you may do that as well, especially if noises from your family may be distracting.
YOUR SESSION WILL BEGIN WITH LISTENING
Together we listen to the whispers of your body. We will begin at your crown and move down to your feet simply noticing any sensations that you are experiencing at that moment.
After a time of simply observing, I will follow your body’s lead and begin holding space and working with your body so that deep healing can unfold. I will be connecting with your energy field and your central nervous system and all you need to do is relax and notice.
SILENCE IS GOLDEN
For the most part, I work in silence. This allows you to experience your body and its energy field in the subtle way that it speaks to you. I may ask an occasional question but I will not be chatty.
Your comfort and ease are my priority during the session, so your feedback and questions are always welcome at any point during and after your session.
REFLECTING ON WHAT WE HAVE UNCOVERED
At the end of the session, I will invite you to share your observations and experiences during the session.
After you have shared your experiences, I offer to share my observations. We can then discuss your next steps and techniques that will help you continue to move forward on your healing journey.
Your body will continue to unwind and integrate the positive shifts that occurred over the next 12-24 hours. I encourage you to relax after the session as much as your schedule allows.
